READ ME FIRST — WordPerfect Module for Coach Pro™ 4.0
WordPerfect Module is an updated version of the Coach Pro 4.0 WordPerfect Module. The WordPerfect Module is an extension that ensures Coach Pro's compatibility with WordPerfect.
Installing the WordPerfect Module
To use the WordPerfect Module, place it in the Compatibility Modules folder in your Coach Preferences folder. If you are using System 6, the Coach Preferences folder is in your System Folder. If you are using System 7, the Coach Preferences folder is in the Preferences folder in your System Folder. When you restart your computer with Coach Pro active, this module will be active.
For full compatibility between Coach Pro and WordPerfect 2.1 or later, you must also install the CP4 Required Macro into your WordPerfect Library, and assign it the keystroke Command-Option-F.
For information on installing the CP4 Required Macro in WordPerfect 2.1, and assigning it a keystroke, refer to the document called "READ ME! - CP4 Req. Macro." This document and the CP4 Required Macro are placed in the For WordPerfect folder on your hard drive when you install Coach Pro 4.0 using the install disks. If you installed Coach Pro 4.0 using the Update disk, these documents are placed in a self-extracting file called Misc. Files (Click Me!).sea in the Coach Pro™ 4 Folder on your hard drive.
Information on installing the CP4 Required Macro in WordPerfect 3.0, and assigning it a keystroke, is included below.
To install the CP4 Required Macro in WordPerfect 3.0:
1. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
The Preferences dialog box opens.
2. Click the Librarian button.
The Librarian dialog box opens.
3. From the Resource pop-up menu, choose Macros.
4. Using one directory, open the Library you want to copy your macro into.
Choose the Library whose macros will load into all your WordPerfect documents.
5. Using the other directory, open the Coach Pro 4 Req. Macro file.
CP4 Required Macro appears in the directory's scrolling list.
6. Select the CP4 Required Macro and click Copy.
The macro is copied to the chosen Library.
7. Click Done when you finish.
The Librarian dialog box closes.
To assign the keystroke Command-Option-F to the CP4 Required Macro in WordPerfect 3.0:
1. From the Tools menu, choose Macro: Edit.
The Edit Macro dialog box opens.
2. Select the CP4 Required Macro from the Macro/Location box.
3. Click Assign.
The Assign Keystroke dialog box opens.
4. Type Command-Option-F in the Keystroke text box.
Coach Pro 4 Req. Macro appears in the Assigned text box.
5. Click Assign.
The Assign Keystroke dialog box closes and you return to the Edit Macro dialog box.
6. Click Done to save your changes and close the Edit Macro dialog box.
